FFL/ Background Check

Question for A_C Guy.
When you buy a gun from an individual do you also demand to get a background check and fill out a 4473 ?
Also who pays when you buy or sell ? You or them ?

That's not even close to being the same thing. I never said that everyone should go through an FFL. I said that I do it because not everyone on this site is a legal possessor. If you don't want to complete the 4473, then don't buy any of my firearms. That's what is great about free enterprise. I can require a 4473 and you can refuse. No problem, I'll sell it to someone else.

Hmmm,... now, would you have any FACTS to back up that statement,.. or, are you just throwing out one of those divisional demonscat proclamations without verification, for effect?

FYI
Milque Toast was an admitted prohibited possessor on the previous AzS site.
I think his outspoken brazen attitude was part of why the decision was made to shut it down to avoid potential liability.

It is possible that the last person running AzS dot com was concerned that he could be prosecuted when persons that were prohibited were bragging of their illegal activities on that site.

It doesn't require a genius IQ to realize that there is a likely probability that any firearm site is going to attract prohibited possessors; especially when the site has a classified section to buy and sell firearms.

We have laws, here in Arizona, to protect the seller who does not KNOW THAT THE BUYER IS AN ILLEGAL POSSESSOR!!

Members posting their opinion (free speech) about how they know a 4473, aka REGISTRATION, is the first step to CONFISCATION,... a totally unconstitutional tyrannical act by a Constitutional restricted Government, is NOT BRAGGING (except to a demonscat programmed lemming) and they know it does absolutely NOTHING to prevent criminals from acquiring weapons or committing crime.

ACTUALLY, QUITE THE CONTRARY,... it is designed to make criminals out of law abiding citizens, and then confiscate their illegally registered weapons and thereby punish LAW ABIDING CITIZENS ,... NOT stopping criminals from criminal acts!!!

Wow this turned into a dumpster fire fast. What's wrong with FFLs charging for services rendered? If you want to involve a business into something that can be done privately for free why then get mad at said business for charging for their services? Yeah some dealers charge way too much for transfers but that's on you for not searching for a better price or choosing a more convenient dealer over a cheaper one. This guy was asking for a dealer that is willing to provide him a service he wants. If anyone else needs a transfer done around North Peoria please feel free to message me $15 is all I charge.
