They haven't brought any evidence at all up to this point or if they have, I haven't seen it.

They said they'd present it in court and I'll defer judgment until I've actually seen and heard the evidence.

On November 3rd, I watched a handful of concerning videos that demonstrated election fraud. In one video, a guy takes a stack of "Trump" ballots out to the woods, pours lighter fluid on them, and burns them on camera while flipping them off.

Even prior to election day when mail-in ballots were being sent in, there were a handful of Project Veritas videos that showed a woman who claims to have been bought off to produce Biden votes in Texas. She went into the tactics she used and made it sound like she has a whole network of people under her doing the same thing.

These are just a couple instances of people too stupid to keep their secret. How much more fraud happened in this past election that will most likely remain a mystery. I have no doubt that this election had a tremendous amount of fraud, and I believe it's likely Trump actually would have won by a substantial margin, but whether there is proof to give him the win is another thing entirely. I'm still trying to keep my hopes up.

Why would you tip your hand to your enemy and allow them to strategize and be able to deflect and counter? Until discovery is available I would keep everything I had obfuscated until the exact moment I had to use such evidence. Once the court cases have been settled and theres truth on the votes being accurate, then I will acquiesce.

It's really not. You have to present enough evidence to compel the court to move forward. Without that, there's no case and no discovery phase. This is the reason their cases continue to get dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann on Saturday dismissed one of the Trump campaign's lawsuits in Pennsylvania. In the lawsuit the Trump Team accused Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and election officials in a number of counties of creating a "two-tiered" voting system for the 2020 presidential election. The campaign believed voters were held to different standards depending on if they decided to vote in-person or by mail.

According to Brann, the lawsuit was used as an attempt to throw out legally cast votes.

"Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated," the Obama appointee wrote. "One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens."

The judge stated the lawsuit brought about “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations" that are "unsupported by evidence.”
