Most of the people that were screwed, even those local, never met him. I was just going off previous feedback from the old AZS that he was good to go and conducted all my business over the phone. Now I have to wonder if several of those weren't fake accounts.

Not many people would put their trust/money with someone that obviously makes poor life decisions and it's clear based on that one picture, he's made many. It's no surprise that Neil would try to keep most of his business online.
