Rock Hardson, sir,... your statement brings up a question to me.

If you don't mind, may I ask if you referred any buyers to him, after your positive
buying experience?

I bought a couple of firearms from Neil on several occasions at his house up on Thunderbird. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Sorry to hear some members got the shaft from him and I hope he makes everyone whole.
May be a 'nice' guy. But he is clearly a thief.

I don't think anyone can read this thread and call Neil a "nice" guy. He might have been at one point but that ship sailed. Most likely he was good at putting on the nice guy front until he found the right opportunity to start scamming people.

No, I did not. What difference does it make, anyways? I was just sharing my experience I had with him on 2 private handgun deals I had with him. The last one being 4 years ago.

Shooter444, sir, what may I ask are you trying to get at? If you don't mind me asking?

Obviously, his circumstances changed for whatever reason and there are criminal, and moral, victims here. And it really fuc/king sucks that one of our own members here would scam other members.

I liken it to when I was in the grocery biz and a fellow employee would get caught stealing within our workplace. I was in upper management, so I usually had to have a hand in the process. It can be a morale downer for a while store wide. Sometimes even company wide.

Perhaps you should re-read my initial post, Tim.

Obviously, my dealings were with him before all this sh!t went down.

I went to his house, bought a handgun in his garage, he had a lot of Glock swag on a table and told me to help myself to whatever I wanted. So yeah, he was a nice guy. Before he was a thief. So, whatever you point was...... I was just sharing my experience with him before he turned "thief".

Did it ever occur to you that my dealings with him were before he started scamming people?? I know, I know, it is a hard concept to wrap your mind around. Please re-read my initial post

My last, and only second dealing with him was 4 years ago, just to be clear to those that seem confused. And short sighted.

lol, thats a whole lotta explaining, can't figure out why anyone would feel they need to explain anything to a buncha website gemokes. just thinking out loud

I think you're thinking too close to the keyboard, but that's just what I'm thinking.....
"buncha gemokes"....HAHAHAHA

Dude steals thousands from customers but he gave you some glock stuff he got for free so can't be all that bad. Gave us a box of cigarette smoke stenched diapers. Was a consolation prize for stealing 5k.

You guys clearly must've missed the part where he said that he hopes the guy "makes everyone whole". Like, delivers, or pays back.

This thread is starting to play out like high school cheer practice.

Getting the $5,000 back at this point is less meaningful to me then criminal charges. If he got a few years in jail and I got $0 back that would be a win at this point. Darryl losing $12,000 probably doesn't feel the same but probably would be up for restitution plus jail time.

You're pretty dense, aren't you??? <---------(rhetorical question that requires no answer as the answer is already clear to everyone with at least double digit brain cells)

Reading is comprehension

Thank you. I hope Neil gets what is coming to him through the courts and/or on the streets if he doesn't fix this. Which I doubt he will.

That's ironic(and funny) coming from you.

Several people in this thread are about to get a time-out from the site and earn this topic a lock.

I'd give up on that whole reading comprehension thing. You're not very good at it.

Yeah lazy sarcasm in response to undermining victims of theft is difficult. Not like I joined into a thread to contribute nothing except to troll someone I didnt know. When/if the admins close this down someone just start a new one. We got a calls from the AGs office about moving forward with charges. Good luck.

Lets just not get this thread closed to begin with. This thread needs to stay up. Time outs can be handed out if need be.

I'm not closing this thread. I'll just delete posts or ban people if they get stupid enough. A little back and forth is fine. -Speaking as the moderator

Below is just me:

My buddy gets back from elk hunting next week and I've got a week clear coming up. We'll find Neal.

BTW, Neal, I know you read these. So you really should start saving your Christmas money to pay people back. You f***ed over a lot of people. My push is to prosecute you, but most just want their money.
It's clear cut fraud when you took the tax stamp money and then never submitted the form 4.
