The Russian empire is beginning to crumble.
As a direct consequence of depleting themselves in Ukraine, Russia has now essentially lost Armenia. This threatens their ability to maintain their hold on the Caucuses in general; a goal Turkey has sought for decades.
Expectant eyes now shift to Chechnya, where Kadirov is expected to soon be dead. Will the Chechen rebellion resume?

Drone tactics are evolving quickly in Ukraine. Expect to see the rest of the world adopt and refine these tactics.
Drone warfare evolved from the use of single drones operating alone. One thing that has been noted is that once a drone is observed by the troops being targeted, they tend to be laser focused on it as a threat,...to the exclusion of other threats that may be sneaking up on them,...like another drone.
In recent months it has been a common practice by the Ukrainians to send out drone operators in pairs or packs. One flys the distracting drone that is designed to capture the attention of the targeted troops, while the other(s) come in from different directions or angles (usually a little higher to avoid being seen),...and WHAM!! More shredded slavic slaw.
Just like in your defensive handgun classes (you DID go to class, right?),...once you have shot the threat,...look around to see if he was alone. NEVER assume you have only one attacker. Situational awareness, my friends. Keep your head on a swivel. Especially if you're a vapid villainous vatnik named Vasily from Vladivostok, who did not vote to volunteer, vulnerably vectoring with velocity to be virtually vaporized in a sudden vacuum vortex on video while viewing the various vast vistas around Velyka, ending up in a vile value vase on Momma's mantle, who voices with venomous verbiage that vampirical Vladimir is nothing but a very voluminous vat of vomit. And the pilots vocalize, victoriously, "veni, vidi, vici".

The Russians are dug in on the borders of their new territory and the Ukraine government is unable to do anything substantial to change the situation. It looks like this war is over but the Ukranian government, the neocons, and the globalists are too dumb and arrogant to know it.
All that's happening now is wasting lives and spending billions of our tax money to enrich the war machine. We the people should have paid heed to Eisenhower's warning to beware the "military industrial complex" that just keeps making money on the deaths of the remaining Ukrainian soldiers.

I'll give the F-16's on the way a chance to allow for Ukraine to attain pockets of air superiority before throwing in the towel. Backing Ukraine is a great deal - how else can we ensure such a fantastic ROI upon a strategic foe for only $76.8 bn for Jan 22 - July 23 expenditures (about equal to the $51bn per year during former President Trump's admin to fight in Afghanistan between 2016 - 2020)? Watching the Russians sell themselves short for a pathetic autocrat like Putin is just the perfect frosting on my cake-walk through life.
