What is your favorite hand gun?

My favorite is a S&W 1955 Target cut to 4" and round butted many years ago. Frank Glenn and Fred Wardell be praised. No pictires right now but think of any 4" modern (round butt) N-Frame.

Right now I currently have 2 favorites.model 57 S &W 41 mag & a Ruger blackhawk 41 mag.not many shoot this caliber which makes ammo availability pretty good during this shortage.

I've churned through dozens of revolvers and semiautos over the last twenty years for carry, nightstand and range use, but one of the constants has been a S&W 6946 DAO compact 9mm. No longer in the regular carry rotation but I seem to be more attached to it than any other.

Glock G20 10mm has been my favorite for years. Although it’s not economical to shoot, it’s the one I enjoy shooting the most. HAND CANNON!

Each and every S&W revolver, but most especially my 617. It is ridiculously accurate, eats any ammo, and is a great training gun for other k/l frames.

I always come back to the Glock 17.

I've had some fancy guns over the years, DW 1911s and similar, and I lusted for them... but that fire would fizzle and they never stuck around like the Glocks.

I have had numerous Glocks (26,19,30 etc.) but let them go. While they were absolutely perfect for self-defense, somehow they lacked that certain verve and panache that my Colt 1911 possesses. I still have polymer pistols, just not Glocks.
