I have no connection with the company. Just want to express my satisfaction with my dealings with them. I installed their accurizing kit in my Ruger MKIV. During the assembly process I managed to lose the safety detent and spring. I emailed them and asked whether the older model (steel) detent could replace the newer model plastic one. Before I got their reply I determined that the older model parts would probably work and ordered them. In their quick reply they offered to send me the replacement parts at no charge.
The day after I installed the kit I tested it and ran a couple hundred rounds through the pistol with no problems. After that I finished the installation--loctiting the trigger screws. Before I started I inserted a fired case into the chamber--I don't believe in dry firing a rimfire weapon. When I finished the bolt would not open. I mistakenly blamed the accurizing kit. It appeared the strut on the new hammer had jammed. I contacted the company and their customer service rep was very helpful. It turned out that the problem was elsewhere.
I highly recommend the kit. I just wish it would compensate for poor marksmanship.
