Being an ol' fart, stuck in the middle of the Phoenix Metro plex, I always ask if we (buyer and seller) can find a "middle ground" to meet. If not, no biggie. At my age, I'm not about to get to exercised about much of anything. If buyer and seller agree, I see no problem.

@AH-64D i think it’s got a lot to do with you living in Florence.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a guy asking if you are going to be in the area. As others have stated perhaps you should state in your ad that you won’t be meeting half way.

If I’m driving to Florence there better be a heck of a deal or a set of bewbees in town for me.

I'm typically always willing to meet halfway. It's the potential buyers that arent.

I did not say I was unwilling to travel. It's the buyer that isnt.

I’ve always set up meets for sales at the Sportsman’s parking lot. I figure if you can’t drive to a sporting goods store to buy a gun you can’t buy a gun.

I don’t know, it seems that everyone lives in San Tan these days. I did drive out to damn near Florence recently to sell an old Colt to a gentleman in his 80s who made it very clear that he couldn’t drive. My asking price, his willingness to pay it and his honesty made me drive out there. But that is the exception. I wish that more people would be willing to meet halfway as I live smack dab in central Phoenix.
