Re: pursuit of panel truck, two posts above. A stupid-viser should have called that off the moment he entered the residential neighborhood. As to the shooting, I'd be hard-pressed to see how the officer knew he had a clear back-stop. IOW, no possibility of hitting an innocent. Glad all's well that ends well.
