Every major hotel books as many small trade shows and conventions as possible. Most major ones will be running shows year round with no break.
At the Display house back in NY we produced large scale graphics among our other offerings and sold Graphic frames. Our bread and butter was hard wall large scale custom displays but we werent going to turn our nose up at a few extra bucks.
You have all seen these somewhere
They come in a nifty hard plastic, very durable roll case which usually turns into the lectern kind of thing.
They are small enough to fly and for a single salesperson to handle and take with them. Even fit in the trunk of a cab. So a company sends out a single person for a bit and he can transport and even install the entire thing himself. To save costs .. he usually brings it to his/her room.
NO hotel employee at any half way sizable hotel would even blink at it they are so ubiquitous.
They will hold all the guns and ammo you ever want to bring.
