So basically you enabled the crooks by your refusal to give their description to proper authorities then. You were just as apathetic as you accuse them of being.

By the time the cops get here, if they ever get here the people are long gone. Even the ones where I got a plate number or a photo they are still out there, cops are useless in this matter.

Well I'm might be wrong but I would venture the board's owner went to the trouble to set it up with the various sub-forums to keep things organized so that people could know where to look to find what they were interested in.

But hey let's all just post our threads in randomly selected forums and let the board slide into oblivion like the last iteration.

I used to defend this assclown on the other forum when Weenis and a few others attacked him for being from California. Other forum failed because the owner didn't back anything up and the server crashed.

OP,... seems like you have a constant problem in your neighborhood. Have you ever considered setting some explosive die packs in your mailbox? Maybe a coordinated effort with a couple of neighbors would persuade the street rats to move on to another area.

The cops would be more than happy to show up and arrest me for assaulting them in color. Another forum member here lives on my street and I found him and the wife gone yesterday with their garage door open, not the first time I have found it open. They came home as I was about to put the door down for them.

I am pretty much the only person doing anything about it on my street, There is one other guy who is active a couple blocks north. I could chop up bodies in the middle of my street and the screaming people would not have a soul come to their aid.

However in the time it took him to post his totally off-topic and ineffectual rant on here he could have called the Post Office (who do take postal crime seriously) and actually attempted to solve the problem he ranted about.

Actually they do not care at all at the post office. I was told by the local postmaster that it such a problem and they do not have the manpower to investigate. Even when I had a license plate of a vehicle caught stealing mail they said they probably could not prosecute unless THEY were the ones that caught them.

The next day the mailman told me that he found hundreds of open mailboxes in the area, he called it in and was told they would not come investigate it. He picked up mail off the ground as well and redelivered what he could.

Actually making people aware this crime is happening in their area and it happens every day across this entire town may make them get their damn mail so the thieves get nothing. You are too intimidated to fight the bureaucracy to get something done about the problem...much easier to simply rant on a forum and blame your neighbors. Don't care if the criminals get stopped, you just want them to leave "your area" alone. Just part of the problem it seems.

No mail boxes out where my AZ place is. Nobody gets mail delivered to their residence/business, even in town. We all have a box in the Post Office. And people get shot at out here for messing with others things.

When some locals asked an Apache County Sheriff's Deputy what to do about people trespassing on their property he replied, "you got guns right?".

Let's recap, you see a crime being committed but couldn't be bothered to report it let alone muster the fortitude to follow through to get action taken, yet I am the loser? Riiiiiight.

The cops have been doing NOTHING about the problem. The city has tied their hands.
