Sorry, but the Fed has infinite credit at it's disposal to carry it until it can confiscate your accounts. Any small business that doesn't pay will have it's accounts seized without warning. All small businesses keep most of their funds in the bank to pay rent, payroll, utilities, for inventory, etc. There is no way to operate a small business without a bank account. If someone punched Biden, Harris, or Pelosi, the sentence would be 7 years or longer.

A couple thousand court cases brought before Arizona district federal court would easily stretch out several years. I just did a federal corporate bankruptcy case that took a total of 3 years with 2.5 years from the first filing until the final disposition. This was a cut & dried deal with only 3 telephonic "hearings".
As far as printing money in the interim, that would cause hyper inflation which would likely pull the rest of the country into the fray.
