Not to mention that some of the files the FBI found at his house on Friday were from his time as a Senator. So they've been there since at least 2009. How many millions of dollars did he make off of those?

if you or I took anything classified from a SCIF I would lose my clearance, be Court Marshalled, and imprisoned

Maybe as Vice President , but not as a senator.
I had a secret clearance when I was in the service.
It is not like you can just go in and check out a document and go read it at your own leisure.
There were channels it had to go through in order for you to even see the folder it was in.
So you can not tell me that there were not other people around that didn't know these documents were missing.
