I don’t answer to you, Clyde, and neither does anyone else. 98% of your responses are argumentative, negative, self-aggrandizing, blowhardy, and lack any type of backup to your assertions.

I’m not going to list every single clone part I have encountered that didn’t work in a Glock, or vice versa. I’ve worked in the firearms industry for over 20 years, and I know exactly the type of person/customer you are. You can never be wrong, you know more than everyone else, and you seem to believe everyone you encounter owes you some kind of respect, for whatever reason you imagine.

You are an old man who yells at clouds.

Any more of that and you'll need this to do it correctly.

Boy, I've had lots of people tell me how much "time" they've been doing something, and worse, they'd been doing it wrong all those years. You're right, you don't answer to me, but, I asked a simple question, shouldn't have been too hard to answer. So, your "time in the firearms industry" is bluster. Apparently, you don't know dick about guns. Your thoughts of who I am and what I do, well, that's your imagination of who you think I am, and you know what, I'm OK with you thinkin' like that, it's actually rather pleasing to be able to keep the real aholes away from me.

Wake me up when you realize how easy it is to change the Glock trigger to something much better.
Why should it be necessary when the firearm designers already know the striker fired pistols usually have wretched trigger pulls.

I do not think I should have to pay another $100 for a trigger the factory could have designed in.

Funny how later in this thread you accuse Kenpo of being argumentative most of the time.
In my sort time on this forum, that perfectly describes you.

You can fix a Glock trigger for about 25 cents and some time, if you wish. There are dozens of videos on YouTube to show you how to do it. You don't have to spend $100+, buy it will get you a nicer trigger.

It's all about production cost and time. If a gun mfg can save $5 in parts and labor, they will do it...these are companies that are all about profit. Do you think it odd that Glock offers a "Performance" trigger for you to buy? If they included it in pistols, and then added $95 to the cost of the gun, people would complain about that. Aftermarket parts mfgs are more than happy to fill the hole left by Glock, S&W, Springfield, etc. There is also the added bonus that if you change parts of the gun, the warranty is no longer valid...more potential money savings for Glock et al. Then add in what the in-house lawyers have to say about a trigger pull that is 'too light'. Moreover, Glock pistols were originally marketed, and still are, to the LEO customer base...have you ever felt a New York Glock trigger? Makes a standard Glock trigger feel like a nice 1911. Police departments don't want a trigger that is too light. Heavy pull = intentional pull (not accidental), in their minds.

Take Staccato, for example. You would think a 2011 pistol costing $2300+ would have a really light, crisp trigger out of the box. They don't; 4-4.5lbs out of the box, for the "Duty" rated pistols (C, CS, C2, & P). Because they are being marketed to LEO; and they don't want a 2lb 1911 trigger. Granted, their competition marketed pistols, the XC and the XL, are 2-2.5lbs. If you buy a Glock 34, the competition oriented model, they do have the Glock minus connector, and pull a few lbs lighter than a Glock 17 trigger. A S&W M&P Performance Center model has a better trigger than a standard M&P, as well. Of course a striker fired pistol can have a nice trigger...but the gun mfgs are going to make you pay for it one way or another.

In an attempt to get this thread back on track, as soon as I get my hands on a RXP, I'll see what parts look to be compatible, and what isn't. From the short videos Ruger has online, it looks like the trigger/trigger bar, trigger mechanism housing, connector, trigger spring, sights, barrels, maybe the slide stop lever should all be compatible. I haven't seen any videos of the slide internals yet.

Beware the dangers of youtube pundits:
I saw a video review (not tfbtv) where the "expert" made a statement that the grip angle is 17 degrees. Magpul has said the grip angle is 20.5 degrees. (Is Glock's 22 degrees?)

If Wilson Combat makes a grip module, and it was competitively price, I know I'd be very interested. FWIW, Magupl has a black grip module available for $40 MSRP on their site.

"nicer", but not crisp and still with a ton of creep.

Nicer creep i guess. Just do not care for striker triggers I have felt.

Bugs me as I love the functionality and capabililty of my Glock 30, even with a shit trigger that has been polished - connector, etc..

I have to agree, glock triggers are not "refined". But, don't discount strikers because my Legion X5, CZP10, S&W Shield+, IWI Masada, and Canik have excellent triggers. That's why I purchased them, and I'm a glockaholic big time. But for carry, I wanted something somewhat inexpensive, reliable, with a good trigger, the Shield+ and Masada are in rotation because they have fantastic triggers out of the box.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

8400 rounds over two days. Zero malfunctions.
I'd like to see more severe torture testing done to/with it, and not just by the commercial entities. We need a modern day Chuck Taylor....

Picked one of these up. Hope to get some trigger time on it tomorrow and compare it to the dagger. So far I’m digging it tho.

Ya know I did end up doing some shooting but ended up somewhere other then planned and was short on gear and targets. I did bring the ruger and did fondle a mag in it however before pulling her sweet trigger I thought how dare I do her an injustice and just pop off rounds for the sake of saying I shot it today. Oh and your chant did end up giving me the coof-cough as I came home sicker then a Covid patient

On the plus side I finally sent some seeds down range with the ruger sfar I’ve had for 2 damn years! She shoots pretty dang nice too. Need some more trigger time with it but like it more then a normal larger frame AR10. Feels much like a regular 556 rifle until it goes bang. However just my 2cents. It was a beautiful day outside today!

I finger banged one the other day at the lgs same shitty trigger as glocks. They don't bother me but should have made it much better in their "upgraded" gun. just my 2c.

Yep, and not as easy to either swap out or polish either most likely. Hell, a Canik has a very nice trigger, they modeled it after the Walther. Many more striker fired pistols have great, if not outstanding triggers.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

About what I expected.

No thanks,
I put up with my G30SF for what it is, not because I particularly like it.

I may fondle a Walther PPS or whatever it is just to see how it feels.
Would like to have a CCW gun that is also fun to shoot for the muscle memory..
I cannot shoot the Glock without putting too much thought into how the trigger feels for it to be instinctive.

Too many decades of rifles I suppose.

Don't laugh. For collector types, that's a hell of a deal. Basically just the $400 retail per pistol. But in 10 or 15 years, that set will have increased in value by a stoopid amount.

"Magsafe"? How the hell did that get past the cover editor? Ya think they will be hearing from Magpul?
