Just to clarify, his proposed amendment will not "kill the NFA", as it leaves MG's and DD's as they are. It just adds back HPA/SHORT language - basically, what the Senate parliamentarian tossed. If his amendment is accepted by Speaker Johnson, it will need to go back to the Senate if the House passes the amended bill. Round and round we go!

I interperate that to mean suppressors, and short barreled rifle/shotguns, etc....everything that isn't a machine gun or destructive device.
