I try and work it in in almost every serious training session, which isn't as often as it should be.
I also like that the 2gun competitions I shoot often require off hand rifle and pistol work, helps with re-enforcing the skills.

Yup, standard practice at the range for both rifle and pistol.

I’ve actually found that I’m more accurate with support side, probably because I focus more on the basics.

Every time. I would bet this is standard for almost everyone on this board though

When I go out to shoot I tie off my strong arm so I have to shoot off hand and practice changing mags without using my strong hand. Moving and shooting with your strong arm not available makes thing interesting.

I practice with my strong arm and weak arm, full extension, in close, oblique angles, things like that.

I also make sure that my holstered weapon is in a location that it can be pulled with my off hand if necessary. I always say that if the time ever came for you to have to defend yourself and your family started off with you being shot in your dominant arm; it would be terrible if you couldn't draw or effectively use your weapon with your off hand.

Alternate method is to keep your primary weapon in a strong position, but keep a backup weapon accessible to your off hand.

Somewhat glad I popped up in the 10% majority
Think I should at least do a mag with each outing from now on

I try at to put at least 2 mags down range with my off hand when I'm out shooting.
