Now This is Being Cool Under Pressure.

I'm not sure it was cool under pressure, I think that man has had "enough". Kind of like the man in that movie Falling Down. Kill him if you want, but he's just not giving a F anymore.

Which is being cool under pressure.

I think there is a good message/reminder here for Gun owners. Brandishing doesn't always have the result you expect and you may tip your hand early. I have seen more than a couple of times in my life in the bad ol days of NYC where someone pulled a gun out and pointed it at someone and the response was

"Fuk you bitch go ahead and shot me."

Now the brandisher .. not willing to shot is in a tough spot.

My personal rule .. if you see it from the muzzle end I have already made a decision based on your actions. If not it stays holstered and for me .. out of sight.

I am sure the robber in the video was pretty surprised when he didnt get the response he was expecting and now ??? Well he still got away with some stuff but there is a video where he looks silly and had no answer. Oh the embarrassment when his peer group in the crack hovel sees it.

Would have been a lot cooler if he had lit up a cig, then leisurely produced a pistol, then lit up the perp.

Amazing that didn’t trigger the turd burgler, maybe the gat was empty?

Unfortunately I have met and known people in passing just like the robber guy. While not to smart some of them have amazing survival instincts. A robbery charge is far different from a murder charge in terms of time and trouble.

This guy isn't a murderer. He was probably just looking to feed a habit.

Of course anytime guns are in play the plan can change. I'm with you. It probably wasn't even loaded
