Share with your friends/family. Contact your reps. If this gets the same (or better) response as the brace situation that recently came up, then I don't see why this can't also be stopped dead in its tracks.

Lots of “Take Action” mail coming from AZCDL, NRA, GOA, make sure you take the time fill them out and send

wont work in az why are you worried?

ATF doesn't care about state laws. Supremacy Clause.

More like Wickard V Filburn SCOTUS decision.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

Clyde

Same difference....the Fed's will always win is the point. Either by court decision, or by draining your bank account. I just know I don't want to be a test case.

Neither will Kenpo. He spouts a good game, but fizzles out in the end.

Supremacy Clause applies only where the feds have jurisdiction. Wickard is what started the ball rolling to basically give them jurisdiction over everything. Luckily the NFA was enacted before Wickard and at a time where Congress believed they didn’t have jurisdiction to regulate firearms or it would have been an outright ban.
