I keep waiting for the McSally campaign to hit him hard on gun control, but either I'm missing it, they haven't thought of it yet, they're waiting until the time is right, or there's nothing there. And we know there's something there. Any ideas?

McSally has been radio silent for the most part.

It seems like she isn't even in the race...which is NOT good.

Unfortunately, our Utopic AZ is turning.

The influx of outsiders who bring their "blues" with them are making it so :angry-banghead:

I wish I believed it was that simple .. but its not .. plenty of "Born in Arizona" have already been indoctrinated in school. Trust me the koolaid runs deep. I worked with a bunch of people who were born Arizona who were so liberal they made some liberals I know look like died in the wool republicans.

They knew I was not one of them and joked about it and we just didnt talk politics or .. anything but work!

And of course, don’t forget all the freakin snowbirds that vote here!
I think they are the major reason we couldn’t get McCain out of office.

I think in the end .. physical borders are meaning very little.

When I was young you couldnt keep me in the house for longer than it took to do homework and run out the door. Right through highschool I was in and then OUT!

You hung out with people in your neighborhood, You mostly had similar values, sheech your homes were often decorated nearly the same. When you were bored you hung out on the stoop and friends would gather ... but ... we were never inside if we could help it and we were part of the smaller community.

Then came the internet .. first go around you had chat .. I was well into my 20's by then but it was wild and woolly and moderation was almost never.

Now .. as a young person and even some of the older ones .. you just arent hip or cool unless you are on one of the major social media sites. Twitter, Facebook, instagram etc.

Since it seems kids don't go out and play anymore their lives are wrapped up on these sites. Your "friend" is no longer the guy down the block or the girl next door with similar values.

Its somebody in Seattle with green hair its someone in NM cursing about Trumps never exhibited racism, its the rich socialite from NY who feels the black mans pain.

Helicopter parenting snatched away real social interaction and replaced it with this weird computer life. The SiMS has become real life or visa versa.

Your values and influences aren't your neighbors or your community anymore but its nationwide or global.... and its hard left.

Now the social media sites are not free speech. Your rights to free speech are only a guarantee that the GOVERNMENT wont infringe on that right but social media is privately owned.

They are through their moderation slanting the narrative completely to the left. anything that stinks of right wing values is moderated away.

Its so bad that the news is garnered from social media. Most of the news just parrots what the prevailing opinion is on social media .. and with good reason .. it sells.

Companies used to pay top dollar for demographic research .. now its free. Just read the posts and regurgitate.

I dont see anyway out of the nation going Blue short of something like an FCC for the internet and I am loathe to give anything over to Government control but in the end .. if your kids are all on board at the different large social media sites .. they are drinking the koolaid.

...for the NRA to show up. Because that isn't the greater likelihood.

With 5 million tossed into the fray by the anti-gun factions - you'd think the NRA would toss in at least that much to at least fight back and portray Kelly as the anti-second amendment guy he is.

I'm seeing Kelly/McSally ads at about a 3 to 1 ratio. And as previously stated, NONE of them touch Kelly's gun banning positions.

This is for a SENATE seat. And it's largely being ignored by the NRA.

It's shameful.

But but - The NRA has been maligned - they are being sued bye the state of NY. Whats there to do, when you don't have any money. OH wait - Its been reported that the NRA gross revenues for the last and first quarters of this year, have exceeded all other years ????????

But I digress - The big problem is that McSally should of never been in the position of a US Senator. She doesn't have the right stuff, but that is the way McCain liked it. He always wanted puppets with him in the Senate. He is still here - never forget that !

Have to call BS on that. ARE YOU ONE OF THE FIFTH COLUMNISTS POSTING ON THE BOARDS TO FOMENT DISSENT? McSally's ad's are about even here in southern AZ. This election in AZ will be more about who counts the votes than who voted. Volunteer to be a poll watcher and work the polling places during the election so you can witness fraud and provide evidence in the coming court battles. I just posted earlier about Katie Hobbs, the AZ Secretary of State, wholly owned by George Soros, pushing ballots out to nursing homes and hospitals, including mental wards, so the patients who can't think for themselves are not "dis-enfranchised" (in other words vote for Dems when the ballots are picked up and filled out by the ballot harvesters).
