OK, I have read the Executive Summary. Here are my observations:

1 – The fake news reported that a recount of all the ballots showed Biden winning, with a couple hundred more votes than originally reported. True, however, that misses the point. Recounting illegitimate votes proves nothing. The point is whether any of the votes were improper. This, the press intentionally ignored. The auditors concluded that there were numerous votes that likely were illegitimate, and therefore, “the election should not be certified.” The fake new deliberately avoided reporting that sentence.

2 – The summary is useless. The auditor should refund the payments received. They report X number of duplicate votes, Y number of votes from wrong addresses, Z number of votes by dead people, etc. What they did not say is how many of those suspicious votes were for Trump and how many for Biden. If a disproportionate number of the suspicious votes were for Biden, then Trump may have won. If a disproportionate number of the suspicious votes were for Trump, then Biden certainly won. If the suspicious votes were split proportionately (compared with the non-suspicious votes) between Biden and Trump, then Biden won. Without reporting who got the suspicious votes, this report is useless. It’s like taking your car to the repair shop because it is making a funny noise, and then getting a report that says “After conducting numerous tests, we have determined that indeed your car is making a funny noise. There may be a problem. You should have that looked at.” Idiots! You were the ones who were supposed to look at it!

I think your point in #2 is dead on. It’s what you get when you hire someone who isn’t competent, who is clearly controlled, and who is not independent. Nobody should be acting like this was a job well done. They should be treating it like the pile of shit that it is and blow up Fann’s phone and telling her to put together something real or resign. Her parading around like this something great is a joke.

I don’t know if there was or wasn’t any fraud, but I was confident from the beginning of this circus that we were never going to know, and here we are. If there was fraud it was likely too complex for the fruit ninja to uncover. If there wasn’t, they were never going to release a report confirming the results. Based on this report we don’t know which it was: were all of those items left open because they couldn’t figure it out, or were those items reported as open to avoid a confirmation of the results? Unfortunately this is par for the course for anything the government gets involved with. I don’t expect anything different at this point.

Some additional points related to yours:
1 - The audit report never concluded that the election should not be certified. The “full” version that supposedly contained that statement before being “watered down by Senate legal” was confirmed as fake by Logan himself and now the Senate.

2 - I don’t think the audit report concluded that any of the votes were “likely illegitimate.” As you described in your second point, they described their observations of X ballots that were not consistent with standard operations, but then gave several reasons why those ballots could very well be proper and legitimate. They also broke down the number of impacted ballots by registered party, which didn’t seem too far off from the breakdown in total, so to me that seems to indicate it was random. To your point though, why not look at the actual vote impact? If 30% of impacted ballots were registered Republicans and they all voted for Biden, then that’s a significant finding. Why they never took the next to step to either eliminate or confirm the proper explanations goes back to my point of them either being incompetent and/or controlled.

3 - Why wasn’t there any coordination between fruit ninjas and the signature validation? If you think there’s fraud with the mail in ballots, wouldn’t step #1 be reconciling the ballots to the envelopes? Even if you don’t do all of them, wouldn’t Zoom-no-worky guy call fruit ninja guy and say, “Hey, we have 4 images of an envelope for voter Hillary O’Biden. How many ballots under that name are included in your count?”

The audit showed there was cheating and so should not have been Certified. All they needed to show was it was corrupted, not prove at every point the election was stolen.
