If somebody offers $100 for 1000 rounds of 9mm, there may be one person who just inherited 1000 rounds of 9mm and does not own a 9mm gun, but who is desperate for $100 right this minute. Or not.
If somebody asks $1000 for 100 rounds of 9mm, there may be one person who is desperate for 9mm right this minute, and to whom $1000 is pocket change. Or not.
Either way, not my concern, so no reason to worry about it.

Seeing as how this post came shortly after my ad looking to trade I assume it is directed toward me. I am younger than many here im sure, wasnt old enough to buy and stock up during or immediately following Clinton or Bush. I started around the Obama era of stacking heavily and got into reloading even.AZ1182 said:But the person you're responding to is using a false narrative and the odds are against him.rockbronco said:smithers599 said:Just my opinion: People can ask whatever price or trade they feel like. Now what I don't understand is needing 9 and trying to get over the other guy and thinking that it's okay being the one the comes out on top.
I have 9, and I have 223. I don't need either because I am set. I can afford to wait out scalpers that are desperate. Can you?
Anyhow, nothing wrong with my post trying to elucidate the one sidedness and there are people here in agreement using very well founded arguments supporting what I had said.
