Gun Control/Tax or Class Warfare?

Is it just me or does Bidens gun control/tax plan place those of modest means in a different bracket with the advantage going to those with a larger bank account?

If Biden does roll out his TAX of $200 AR and $200 per mag, this places those with larger amounts of income in a position to remain armed and "legal" vs a working person making $65k a year. Those that can afford to pay the tax get to keep their firearms and mags, while those of us that cant afford this tax either give up our gear or become what Biden has called "tax evading felons" .

The rich with large arsenals can afford to keep it, but the peasants get disarmed.

How is this not class warfare, which is the highest point that these commie bastard seem to preach against?

The only "magazines" that I have in my house officer are the ones you roll up and smash bugs with....

But yeah, I think that if they do go through with this whole $200 tax per magazine it really will demonstrate the financial gap in classes and the "right to keep and bear arms". You can keep it, if you can pay the tax..... The whole thing just makes me sick..... Seems a whole lot of armed conflicts have started over a tax. War of independence, the whiskey rebellion just to name a few.

I just never thought I would be contemplating this crap in my life time and on American soil of all places.

The tax on existing firearms is pure propoganda on both sides. It'll never happen. The left doesn't mind playing the long game and there's easier ways for them to accomplish their goals than trying to impose a tax that's akin to a direct property tax that will be tied up in the courts for years. The risk that it'll be overturned when they don't have the votes to enact a new law isn't worth it for them.

Step 1: Modify NFA to include as many firearms as possible. Just like the original Act, current firearms will be subject to registration, but since there isn't a making or a transfer, no tax is imposed.

Step 2: Index the tax for inflation and peg it to COL indexes like the income tax brackets. Resulting tax will be roughly $4k and will increase yearly with inflation. New purchases will essentially be shut down. Makers without gov contracts will go under.

Step 3: Eliminate the regulatory relief for the transfer tax on inheritance. Families will either have to come up with the cash to pay the transfer tax or turn the guns in. Many estates can barely cover funeral expenses, let alone many thousands of dollars for firearms taxes. They will have no choice but to turn at least some of them in.

Step 4: Wait for people to die. Eventually only the elites will have firearms, just as they planned.

Why are we even considering this bullshit?

Two things need to happen.

1. Outright resistance and disobedience.
2. Protect the supply chain from their FEDGOD bullshit. You can probably 3D print mags and just need the springs.

If Pedo Joe snakes his way in, it will be 2nd Amendment death by a thousand cuts (executive orders). All imported ammo and components will be banned, along with gun imports. They know that guns are useless without ammo. This is why ammo prices have skyrocketed, most everyone that isn't stocked up can see what could be coming real soon; and are willing to pay whatever they have to; and the ammo sellers are only too happy to gouge. Better hope that this fraudulent election gets turned around, because it's going to be worse than we can imagine.
