Does anyone know if the fire restrictions have been lifted for shooting in the desert?

Has the area that was fenced off just west of Lake Pleasant opened up? I Google amped the area and it looks like power poles were put up. Haven't been out there in a while. Any ideas?

As a new AZ resident I am still learning. So am I to take it that "fire restrictions" do not apply to private property?

Though obviously a fire started on such that got off it would be the financial responsibility of said property owner right?

Here is the link I put up on the old AZ shooting, I found it to be the best. It actually covers all forest, state lands, etc. Just play with the drop down menus and seems to be updated on a real time basis.
