Fortunately, this time the dude was intercepted before he could fire a round. Posing as a police officer, video shows cops pulling weapons and magazines off the man. According to reports, while he had a SIG 320 on him, he also had several mags on him for an EBR which was not present. Perhaps it was in his car.
