Was sick again over the weekend so was just cruising the net and found out that Glock is coming out with a gen5 23. Not a big glock fan but it did get me thinking ...

I have seen first hand the glock bulge on brass .. and understand that much of the "40 is dangerous and makes guns explode" jazz you read is because of the early Glocks. Even the literature that comes with lee dies tells you dont reload for Glock 40

So curious .. now that it is entering its 5th generation .. has this been addressed? I have owned maybe 8 40's and own 2 now and have never seen the issues with brass that I saw with the early glocks.

Just wondering ..

You mean since the caliber died?

I cant help myself. Anyways the answer is yes but many never went back to 40 cal glocks. Now that the caliber is almost extinct why would you?

Sorry, there I go again. I love teasing those 40 and 357 sig dino, I mean lovers.

I will keep my .40's, .357 sig's, and 10mm's. I can find ammo for those....

I would get a 357 bbl for one of my 40's just to try if I thought I were smart enough to figure out how to reload for it!

Tease away, I’ll always like the .40...
