Gentlemen, place your bets.
Not what you think SHOULD happen, but what you think WILL happen.
Predictions about the verdict only, please. It's a waste of time predicting whether you think there will be riots and looting. Of course there will be riots and looting, no matter what the verdict is. It's also a waste of time predicting how the media will depict the riots and looting. They will show the video of Antifa and BLM people and tell us that they are racist white supremacist right wing extremists.

So, predictions about the verdict only. I'll start:

Murder Two.

He will be found guilty of something so jurors and judges can cover their respective asses.

We are no longer a nation of laws, we are a nation of feelings, and the feeling people will revolt.
(they have nothing else to do, they don't work)

one of the manslaughter counts.

they can't leave the trial empty handed, even though no matter what verdict is handed down, the result will be the same for everyone except Chauvin.

Manslaughter. Chauvin was over-charged.

People who "can't breathe" also can't talk. Floyd sure did a lot of talking...I don't think Chauvin's intent was to kill him.

Instead of the black community destroying everything other people own every time a police officer does their job, how about they take that time to teach their community of how to act around police.

A few tips;
Don't carry a firearm or any weapon.
Do what the police officer(s) tell you to do.
Don't try to run from a police officer(s).
Don't try to pass counterfeit money.
Don't resist arrest.
Don't be outside at 2:30am, firing your illegal handgun into the air (nothing good happens after midnight).
Don't point a fake (or real) firearm at a police officer(s).
Don't have warrants out for your arrest.

Do black people have bad interactions with police? Of course they do. However, looking at all the white cop/black person shootings in the past 2 years, there seems to be an underlying thread that no one wants to talk about...the person being shot/killed put themselves in that situation as a direct consequence of their past or present actions.

stop, stop, stop this nonsense, its common sense, something that idgits don't get, doesn't matter how you play it, they are being singled out, uh ya think, warrants, bad behavior, its everywhere not just folks of color, its everywhere, how about pony boy, who killed 8, hes a wacko, even though he kilt himself, didnt the fear of the gendarms create that or did he wanna be pony pooop.

if this excuse doesn't work for them it will be another, letting obama create this bullshait on the brown issue and the other kid who got wacked, ti was tolerated, so here we are,
i say put the property destroyers on the ground one way or another, i as a tax payer should have a say on response.
don't cha think

The jurors are probably thinking about their houses being burned down more than they are about justice.

I am sure their names will be leaked out , especially if he is found innocent.

This.

In the other thread I said mistrial. After Mad Maxine’s BS and the judge telling them about an appeal I am now thinking guilty verdict.

I noticed many peers and superiors broke the blue line and their testimony was not flattering, guilty.

Considering that one of the defenses witnesses had a pigs head thrown on the doorstep of his former home (they couldn't find the right one, morons), they have to get him on something. The intimidation is there, whether the judge wants to see it or not. I bet the the jury is scared to death.

The DA over charged, so Manslaughter. Followed by riots. Followed by an appeal because of Maxine Waters.

Since smithers asked for charge predictions without narrative or opinion ...

Not being a lawyer and understanding the charge structure

Manslaughter or whatever passes for killing someone but without malicious intent.
