After Beta O'Cuck made the statement that "they would be coming for everyones ARs and AKs, a TX State Representative tweeted that his AR would be waiting for Beta to come take it.

O'Cuck replied...
"This is a death threat, Representative. Clearly, you shouldn't own an AR-15—and neither should anyone else".

Then reported him to the FBI.

How can that be a death threat ?
Isn't it legal to shoot someone in Texas for stealing from you ?

Only at night. During daylight you can't use deadly force to protect just property.
