I think Silencer Shop has one of the more user-friendly Form 4 processes, especially if you aren't familiar.

Form 1's are easy through the ATF eForms. There are several detailed how-to's online you can find with a quick search.

I don't know how much benefit trusts actually provide anymore. Again, tons of info out there with a quick search.

we have been talking about braces being on the fringes of legality since their introduction in the market. my belief is that they are a loophole in the law, and that the ATF will now look more closely at finding a way to ban them, which will screw over those who already possess them legally.

I agree with that. I have not heard one person that prefers to pay for a stock cheer for the ATF or agree with their decision. Not one has not showed their support for those that want to have braces. But I have seen attacks on on those that admitted to paying for something despite that they don't like having to pay, by the very same people that they have vocally supported.

We're losing because of some in our camp have chosen to eat our own that support them, and divide the community to polarizing effects.

My statement was not for or against pistol braces but rather for the fact that the ATF is stepping on everyone. Why the f*ck then do you go off on some chain of insultive tirades with your non-binary life partner then come back to pretty much just repeat what I said in the first place? Some basic f***ing literacy would do wonders. Perhaps if you read my post rather than reading into it you could have saved all of us a lot of headache trying to sort through the stupid
