Evan, I refunded your order through square already as there was a mixup with the amount of cans I had left. I even send you a receipt and screenshot of the refund. I contacted them and was told it can take 7-9 days depending on your bank. I can cancel the refund and send it through PayPal or check if you prefer. I am currently at work and missed your call.

Hey everybody, just wanted to give an update. Neil refunded my money through PayPal shortly after my last post and canceled my refund through Square. While it was a terrible buying experience all in all, at the end of the day I lost two months but got my money back. Just happy to take my business elsewhere and move on. Best of luck to everybody.

Ya know, I'm just going to call BULLSHIT on the last post. Why is everyone related to firearms so ready to eat their own?

1st post and it is bashing a business when it only takes a few seconds to see if anything he says sounds true. BBB assertion BULLSHIT This is the only listing for Greystone in Glendale and a similar search of peoria, just in case, returns the same results.

ARFCOM, whore of all gun communities, a search returns one post which looks very similar to the one that was resolved here and makes no mention of every police agency in the world looking at Greystone.

Google search on Greystone turns up nothing about the crap being spread above.

As I said, I've dealt with Neil for 10 years. I've referred other people to him who have called or sent texts from their phones, phone numbers he would not recognize, and zero complaints.

I only did this checking because I thought I could be wrong, maybe the business turned sour, but nope, the only thing sour is the above post

uh, the bbb is a joke, as a small business owner i was a member and well, it wasn't all that they tout it to be, give them enough money and you can be the triple b, oh yeah was a member for about 5 years before i caught on to their scam

jmo

RJ, I am a small business owner also and have been a member of BBB for 20 years, solely for advertising purposes to the unknowing masses who look us up.

I agree with you but, I know for a fact that Greystone is not a member, which the complainer could have looked up also and not being a member Greystone has none of the capabilities you or I had to "resolve" a complaint, a very easy process for a "member".

They would likely not even know the complaint exists because not being a member they would not be notified and they wouldn't learn about it unless somebody said they looked them up and found a complaint, which isn't the case here. Just grousing by somebody with no facts.

This guy is nothing short of a liar, he is nothing but a fraud i have a few friends who have gone threw him as well and has not received a refund. Another friend of mine said he has known him personally for years. They said that Neil is def not a honest person, the reason why he even started this company was to get back at an ex girl friend who was 10x younger than him, her dad also owns a very popular well known Gun business locally here in AZ. i wouldnt put it past this guy to not trust him at all. Other forums also state that ATF, BBB, phx pd and glendale pd are looking at this case. He is not reliable, or trust worthy. Please do not do business with him. My friend has also tried getting into contact with him as well with no response multiple phone calls and text messages.

“My mommy says your mommy is a meanie.”

I'm locking this thread. If anyone has further DIRECT issues with Greystone(Not he said/she said). Contact me and I can unlock this thread for further info.

I'm opening this up for people who have a direct issue with Greystone.

If you are not Greystone firearms, or someone attempting to resolve an issue directly with him stay out of it.

He said, she said bickering will earn you a time out.

Neil has had my money for 3 suppressors for nearly a year, one of which was also an Omega. He also stated there was an issue at the ATF level and was working with "Heather" to correct it.

As this was my first NFA transaction, Neil, who was initially very helpful, offered to assist with the paperwork. In the almost one year since we completed that paperwork (at his home), the ATF states they have no record of ever having received it from him, nor have my checks been cashed.

I have been trying to get in touch with Neil about once a week for well over a month, and while he occasionally answers the phone, he immediately tells me he needs to call me back, and never does.

Though I have not received the items I paid for, Neil I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. You were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I'm hoping that whatever is causing this issue on your side can be cleared up. Neil, if you're reading this I'm going to call your cell phone today, if I don't get a call back by Tuesday, I'm going to assume the worst, and add my information to the police report and ATF file that has been opened by others. If there is an issue, and you can't make good on the transaction, be good enough to return my money.

Btw, I do have reciepts with serial numbers, and pictures of the cans. Anyone else who purchased an Omega want to compare serial numbers and see if we all bought the same device?

Neil, voice mail has been left. You've got my number, I'd appreciate a call back. If I don't hear from you by Tuesday I will be contacting PD, State Attorney General and ATF. Balls in your court, let's make this right man. As I said my voicemail, I'm willing to work with you, but you have to communicate.

I received a call back from Neil this morning. He was friendly and professional, and extremely apologetic. Sounds like moving from a dealer to a manufacturer license has caused him a significant headache with his form 3s and the ATF. He sounds very stressed out, but stated he is focused on cleaning things up. He offered me a refund which I accepted, and he sent via Paypal. It will not clear for 3 to 5 business days, and I'll update this thread when it does.

Neil, I wish you luck buddy. Thank you again for the call.

I don't know the validity of all of pewpew's statement and don't really care but I hardly feel like anyone is "eating their own" here. If anyone wants to take up the task of refunding me and other people that join this thread and collecting the money from Neil yourself if you find him to be such a trustworthy individual, be my guest.

So far here is nothing but the FACTS:

Spoke to Neil after starting this thread. Said he spoke to ATF and there was no way to resolve things so I'd have to start the process over. Requested the can be F3'd elsewhere.

06/17: Spoke to Neil on phone and requested it be F3'd elsewhere.
06/18: Told Neil to hold off on the F3 as I'll likely be moving out of state and don't want to deal with the hassle so give me a day to think about what I wanted to do.
06/20: Neil reached out to me to see what my decision was. I was being indecisive as I really wanted the can so I hadn't made a decision yet, my fault.
06/21: Confirmed I wanted a refund and gave him my address.
06/22: Saw that someone on here was paid with paypal and said that would be fine also. No response.
06/25: Asked if he sent check out. Said it was sent over the weekend.
06/29: Check never showed. Guess it was lost in the mail.
06/30: Neil said he'd void the check and paypal me. Told him I'd double check and make sure there were no issues with my paypal account.
07/01: Verified it still worked and asked Neil about refund
07/02: Neil sent refund in the evening but it was $100 short. After sending him a screenshot of the receipt he sent the rest a few hours later.
07/09: Paypal e-checks were both declined by his bank.

So here we are. At this point Neil should be taking out cash advances on his credit card or doing whatever needs to be done to refund people as it's been well over a year for most of us that have paid for a product that we don't have in our possession. Not jerking people around acting like he is refunding the money when he either isn't or doesn't have the money to do so.

I'm not sure what the deal is Neil but if you absolutely don't have the money then I want the suppressor F3'd elsewhere and I'll sell it myself. But it needs to be done ASAP and I need verification that the F3 process has indeed been started. Most F3's are still clearing within a few days time. I'm tired of dealing with this.

Well no response to voicemail or text nearly two weeks ago (I was on vacation all of last week). I sent PM and email asking to pick up my Omega 9K which was approved last Dec or Jan with serial number ending in 86.

For reference, the omega 300 I purchased from Neil ended in 44. My PayPal echeck is still pending, but based on the experience related above by superdrag, it does not sound likely to go through.

I was able to get Neil to paypal me from a different address that was an instant transfer and not an e-check type thing. So things are wrapped up in my case.

I know there is still a handful or so of people out there that have yet to receive their refunds. I have to wonder how many others are in the same situation that just haven't found the threads or don't know they are in the situation yet. My advice is to pester Neil at least once a day somehow and keep posting in this thread. He doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency on his own for resolving things.

I've had a lot of things i wanted to say at the end of this but I won't rant. Best case scenario in all this (and I'm being generous) is that Neil is a liar and terrible at bookkeeping and running his business. Worse case, well...I'll let you come to your own conclusions based on this thread.

Neil, I need payment resent. Your echeck was declined. I know you get my texts.

For anyone that has a copy of their form 4, the ATF investigator (email in the ARF thread) wants you to contact her. If you have an approved stamp, and don't have your product, she wants to talk to you, and offered to get it for you.
