Any Phoenix shops that help with SBR process?

Planning to have Glock 17L put into a B&T USW-G chassis which will make it an SBR, first NFA item for me so no prior work has been done. Wanting to know if there is any shops that assist with the paperwork, fingerprinting (or directions where to), engraving ETC.

If it makes more sense I can purchase the Glock from/through them as I have been waiting to see if thats the best option financially.

Imagine so.

I've done several F1s. Super easy. It takes a minute to figure out the layout of the site. But, then is was smooth. It might be different now that the just remolded it for form 4s... I did my print cards at a place in Tempe. They do digital scans and it's cheap for reprints when needed.. https://911occmed.com/arizona-dps-fingerprint-clearance-card/

When I needed to get the engraving done I took my stuff to Glock_holiday when he still had his shop. Not sure where to go now.. He might have a suggestion.

E-form 1 on the ATF website. Pretty easy I just did 1. And there are videos on YouTube that walk you through it. I am changing my MCX pistol to a SBR and I just used the serial # that was already on the lower receiver so I don’t think I have to get anything engraved. There is a place on 5th ave and Union Hills called MLS Arms. They do engraving, also fingerprinting and they have the fingerprint cards. Very nice and professional people to work with.

YES you still have to engrave it. A form 1 is a stamp to manufacture, you become a manufacturer and have to engrave name, city, state, name is you or your trust or your LLC, The serial number can remain unchanged. If you did a trust or other, hopefully it doesn't have a long name like:

William H Doe family firearms revocable living trust of 2022
Snottsdale, AZ

That works good on paper but finding a spot to engrave a short novel on a firearm is a chore.

You can engrave it at any point, but most people wait until they get the approved form 1 back from ATF. No pictures of the firearm are required. Wright Armory in Mesa engraved my last SBR…made an appointment and they did it while I waited.
