A judge threw out the DPRC's ammo background check law meaning the subjects can now order ammo online. Hold on to your butts the next week is going to be crazy.

Going to be like the magazine injunction. Have an acquaintance out there and she said they were ordering every magazine you could find during that short period.

It was the same judge as the magazine injunction:

US District Court Judge Roger Benitez — the same District Court judge who set off the week-long standard capacity magazine buying spree — has issued an injunction blocking enforcement of the law.

Benitez wrote:

Law-abiding citizens are imbued with the unalienable right to keep and bear firearms along with the ammunition to make their firearms work. That a majority today may wish it were otherwise, does not change the Constitutional right. It never has. California has tried its unprecedented experiment. The casualties suffered by law abiding citizens have been counted.

Not even worried, they deserve to get theirs after being screwed for so long by regressives.

And for those of us here, we should have already been stocking up after 2013, if you didn't then that is on you and not the Californians.

This right here.

exactly true.

after the last run on ammo, I admit it, I have been hoarding ammo and shooting ALOT less

After the Coronavirus panic, up next will be the election. It's going to be some time before we see normal ammo availability. Depending upon how that turns out, it could get even worse.

And here I have been shooting it up as fast as I can... I 'collected' ammo during the 80's, 90's, 00's and 10's... storing for a 'rainy' day. Now I'm trying to downsize to a manageable quantity - I don't think the SHTF is gonna happen during my lifetime, even with the way this pandemic is playing out, so I go to the range and try to shoot 1000 rounds a week.

I saw this and thought the same thing...the price is going to launch again. That is, if you can find it.

Ok, so what. This sh!t comes and goes. When nothing's going on and there is no hateful rhetoric about guns and ammo, sales are down prices go down. You would think people would have learn from.the last time and buy low right. No way. Enless there is talk about taking everything, no one is buying and then something magical happens. A major event happens and all of a sudden everything is gone. Soon it will be over and ammo will be plentiful again.

What's the best website to find ammo with descent prices? Anyone know.
https://gun.deals/

Try to look for things like free shipping coupons or codes for certain percentages off.

Thanks. Had a buddy buy some yesterday over .50 a round for 7.62 that's crazy.
Not that I really need any but it's good to be stocked up.

They found another Judge to reverse the stay on the ammo, about 9:30 pm on the 24 th. Calif. shooters just can't catch a break.

I've been trying to shoot all the ammo I have been horading since then. Makes me feel good to stop worrying about not shooting my ammo.

I can't shoot it that fast, but I get tired of tripping over it. Much rather shoot it.

He's right about the election coming up. But they'll make more. Supply and demand baby.
