That and the Dems talking about banning firearms...yet again...always the same line...'common sense' gun laws. It will be very interesting to see what happens in this case as I'm sure they will appeal and it will go to SCOTUS.

Same case. In typical fashion, the 9th circuit granted en banc review of a favorable 2A case. Two George W appointees sided with the Libs for a 7-4 loss.
