NGRA (Nat'l Gun Rights Assn.) filed suit last year on this, and it was finally granted. The link below is to the scathing 64-page ruling.

So at least in the 5th Circuit, ATF's ban on ForcedResetTriggers and WideOpenTriggers is dead. This does not specifically relate to the SuperSafety, but owners of that system are likely safe as well.
