Howdy,

I currently shoot USPSA (Master) so I am comfortable with matches and shooting but I am wanting to get into CAS shooting. Anyone on here that I can pick their brain? Give me a shout please

So much to take in. And if at all possible I would love to see your rigs/pistols.

Thanks!

I thought it was sass

It is SASS as well as a bunch of others. CAS is Cowboy Action Shooting (a generic term)

There is a SASS sanctioned event coming up in March called "Winter Range" and it's usually held at Ben Avery. They have a vendors row that sells just about everything for a budding cowboy shooter. I used to do SASS years ago but got too old and crotchety (shaking hands and whatnot). Anyway, look them up online. Hope it hasn't been cancelled because of the covid thing.

Winter Range has been cancelled for 2021 - The good news is that next year - 2022 - it will no longer be the National Championship, it will be the World Championship and called End of Trail. The Wild Bunch have retired and asked us (the Winter Range board) to assume the responsibility for EOT. You can stay up to date on news at www.winterrange.com for now.
