:evil: Law prof suggests rewrites of First and Second Amendments that do not mention free press or bearing arms

A professor at the University of Miami School of Law has penned a proposal for a "redo" of the First and Second Amendments in a Boston Globe op-ed.

"These two amendments are highly susceptible to being read in isolation from the Constitution as a whole..."

Yeah,...that's because they are AMENDMENTS, dipwad! When you AMEND something, you are altering it. You're taking one issue and saying, "OK, despite everything said so far, this here,...this is this,...and will never be interpreted as being something other than this."

And someone as educated as her does not make such break in logic on accident. She simply finds the Bill of Rights as an impediment to the imposition of her ideology, so she twists interpretations to allow for considering these may be flawed.

She deserves to be stripped of every title she has abused.
