New video by attorney Tom Grieve.

So we know from national studies, virtually all of them, that there are hundreds of thousands to even MILLIONS of self-defenses gun uses in America each year. If that is the case: where are ALL of those 911 calls? Where are all of those arrests?

Why are people choosing to NOT call 911?

Ex-state prosecutor Tom Grieve gives you the lowdown.

Haven't watched the video, but seeing as most self defense scenarios are ended just by drawing the gun and result in no loss of life, most people think they don't need to call the cops.

It all really "just depends."

If you draw and only go to a low ready, I do believe no potential crime has been committed.

If you draw and point at the perp, you will need to prove that it was necessary, or you could potentially be charged with aggravated assault.

Remember, us gun owners don't get the privilege of "innocent until proven guilty" in today's world. Sad but true.
