Since I don't seem to get out enough, What is Modern Round ? I went to their web site, but, not really clear what the attraction is ? Looks like you need to be a member there ? You shoot fake laser guns at some sort of targets from your dining table ? Didn't see any prices either. Expensive / cheap ? Why ?

entertainment, and as far as expense, uh, don't know what to compare with, but the drinking, eating adds sustantially to the value, lol, and no you do not need to be a member and why, because it beats, not shooting, but you can have a cocktail, and shoot (fake guns) and for me its entertainment that i didn't think one would have to explain

Finally went out yesterday to Nando's for a Mexican food fix. Had gone out last week and ate at one of the casinos. I have to say, I'm a bit concerned how some of these restaurants will make it after having to cut down to around half of their available tables and all the many precautions they have to do now.
Like no more reusable menus. digital menus, disinfectant stations and so many other hoops they have to jump through now. Sure they will pass the costs on to the consumer but they can only do so much of that. Their already thin profit margins after all the overhead will surely cause more attrition.

I'm worried, too. Went to Hidden House and they took my temperature! (I guess they hadn't heard that you are supposed to be infectious for 14 days before you get a fever.) Waiters and waitresses wearing masks, so I kept having to say "What?" when they were talking. I am hoping this fades away, and people look back on the time when we had to do that social distancing bull____. I am hoping it does not become the "new normal" -- permanent virus theatre, just like the security theatre at the airport.
Anyway, went to Culver's at Ray/101 yesterday. No table service until next Tuesday (sign says), but they had four outdoor tables, well shaded. We were lucky to get the last one.

Lucky Lou's at Power and Chandler heights is 100% open. Went there yesterday for lunch, and really enjoyed it.

Me and my kids just had Dim Sum at the Mekong restaurant last Friday. Others were also open inside the building.
Waiters/Waitresses and cooks were all wearing masks.
After that, there was a barber shop next to it, I went in, I was sat and the barber ask me what I wanted, then he said I need to wear a mask.. I said for what? He replied it's the rule.. I got up and left, I went to my local barber next to the Big Tin Cotton Gin in San Tan Valley.

Also went to local barber today, first time in a couple of months. No mask or glove BS, for me or for them. They know the whole thing is BS.

Had breakfast at Denny's today. Only condiments available are mustard, ketchup, A1 and syrup and those come in single serve plastic cups. No salsa or hot sauce. I had a bottle of Tapatio in the truck luckily.
Had lunch today at Quill Creek and Grayhawk Golf Club. None of the staff wearing masks! Yes!
However, no salt and pepper on the table. Asked for salt and pepper and the waiter brought me three paper packets of each. He put them on the table separately, and said he was sorry, he was not allowed to let the salt and pepper packets touch each other. Say what? Social distancing between salt and pepper? I wonder how many lives that has saved.
