The "red line" totally depends on who you are and you are pretty late to the party on this. It has been being heavily discussed on the web for quite some time.
And using Joe Biden's notoriously creepy and crossing the line actions as some kind of normal(?) benchmark, as if he didn't do anything wrong and is being falsely accused is hardly the way to start a discussion.
Male Secret Service Agents have publicly stated they have had to constantly protect wives (theirs and others) and female employees (to include US Military and other Agents) from Uncle Joe. Who (among other things) likes to swim naked when females are on duty around him. Only when his wife is out of town of course though.
Bottom line in today's America...
