OK , I am bitcoin ignorant.
I see guns listed on Gunbroker for 2-3 times what they are worth and the seller say's they take bitcoin.
What is the deal with bitcoin and gun prices ?
I know they say you can spend bitcoin without anyone knowing who spends it , but it still has to go to an FFL and be picked up by a legal purchaser.
So am I missing something ?

Same as people that accept gold and silver. Likely more of a mindset thing. A guy who bought Bitcoin at $200, now worth $18k, might be a little more apt to spend 3x on a firearm? Who knows.

And there's those who think Bitcoin will go higher as well, so there's that.

The bitcoin exchange more than once has been cleaned out, stolen, bye bye. Do they all go down in value or are some owners s.o.l.?

Bitcoin is not anonymous. All the features the tech geeks promised when bitcoin was new, like divisability, speed, low transaction costs and yes anonymity haven't worked out.

But there is one feature bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies have that makes them attractive. You can get out of the country and take your money with you.
