Looks like there might be an outbreak of civil war in southern Russia.
Chechen thug-in-chief Kadyrov has declared a blood feud with two Dagestani politicians and one from Ingushetia, both fellow vassal states in the northern Caucasus region.

Conflict breaking out there would, at a minimum, sap Russian forces from the Ukraine effort to go quell the hostilities in the south. And while Ukraine is busy attacking oil distribution in western Russia, the Caucasus is one of Russia's few oil producing regions that hasn't been threatened or affected during the war. The last thing Putin needs now is oil flow being interrupted in the Caucasus because of these chuckleheads slinging bombs at each other.
Supposedly, according to Kadyrov, the ministers in question attempted to have him killed.
According to some observers, this all stems from each of them all attempting to loot Russia's version of Amazon, Wildberries. Like any group of mafiosos, every MP and senator in Russia tried to insert themselves into the recent drama involving Wildberries' founder and her high-profile divorce from her co-founder husband after he shot dead some folks inside a corporate office with a company they were negotiating a merger with. (Yeah,...it's all very Game Of Thronesish.) Easiest way to imagine this is if Amazon and Twitter were looking to merge, and then Elon Musk goes and shoots Jeff Bezos down in his office, queering a deal Biden had himself arranged and approved, and now Pelosi and Schumer and NY Governor Hochul all try to sweet-talk Elon into letting them make his problems go away in exchange for a percentage of the company. Now imagine Hochul tried to conspire with Schumer for Pelosi to "have an accident". Yeah,...it's kinda like that. Except with personal armies at hand.
Things might get spicy in Chechen territory.
