What is your favorite hand gun?

You don't have to carry it for your every day carry. Hell you don't have to carry it at all. But just what hand gun do you get a kick out of shooting at the range the most??

The first revolver I ever purchased, a New Model 6.5" .357 Blackhawk Stainless... I think I paid $275 for it new...

I would never carry it, but the 500 S&W is just neat as hell to shoot. Loud as hell.
I trained with the SR-2 "Veresk"before. Not much just to get familiar with it. Just like the UZI.

I have had it for 40 years or more.
I have shot more bullets through it than a pickup could carry and it still shoots good.

I miss my Browning Hi Power 9 mm, shot like a Cadillac! Was too heavy to carry and eventually sold it...should have kept it in the safe.

Have a ‘44 1911 GI Remington. It’s not in great shape and has some character but I shoot it every July 4th as a tradition.

That’s the only time I shoot it as I have a friend make soft reloads for it but still love it!

1911! in just about any manufacturer! it is so satisfying carrying an all-metal semi-auto, sure a little heavy even in a compact. I also love tearing down my 1911's all the way to nothing (and I mean nothing!) and being able to put it all back and still work. it's the model of handgun that got me into gunsmithing. my next 1911 will be built from scratch (well 80% frame). I will be customizing everything I can to make it mine!
