Followed a link from the sig forum. It was a video about stippling yay or nay. The video is alright but some in the thread mentioned some hate on Yeager. I know I have heard the name but know little else. I'm sick in bed and bored so wondered if anyone here could shine light on it

Don't know if it's true or not, but the word I've heard is that he showed some cowardice when he was a Contractor in the sandbox, left his buddies swinging in the breeze while he hid.
Also, his training classes tend to be textbook examples of unsafe firearm handling and firing and that's fact I do know from watching a couple of videos of his training.
Like I said, don't know one way or the other, but a lot of people seem to believe it.

I honestly don’t fault him for his actions during the ambush. His position was taking fire from a heavy machine gun and he sought better cover. There was no reason for him to stay behind a light skinned vehicle like everyone else.

He put his team into the ambush situation because of his ineptitude driving. Lied in his AAR.Got a settlement to STFU. Got his CCW pulled and later reinstated for video threatening to start shooting people. His video rants are epically demented.... claims to have an IQ higher than Einstein and a dick the size of an anaconda.
He would be the WWE equivalent of trainers IMO. One video will show you the type of clients that are drawn to him and the low quality/safety of his classes.

Having previously been a local LEO narc, and having spent time on the 2-way range in the sandbox, he has all the supposed qualifications newbys look for in guru to follow.
At the end of the day, regardless of whatever criticisms are leveled at him,...I have to respect that at least he had the ballz to go out and risk his azz getting shot off,...which is more than I have done.

The video I saw "I thought" was a little wierd but to each their own. I had some trouble with the presentation.
I don't do a lot of gun guys on you tube and I especially stay away from the bearded loud tactical operators who tell you they were standing in a pile of Taliban they just killed with a letter opener
I like Paul Harrell. I like the military arms channel , Hickok is cool but his reviews are to long and there is mrgunsngear. There is also some dude scooch or something that is alright but he changed his presentation I guess for more views.
