Simmunition, sub caliber 9mm.
Primer fired marking cartridge, the plastic part acts like a piston to cycle the action.
Damn they hurt, about twice as bruise worthy as a paintball.
They make them in a variety of calibers including 5.56.

Yup, rumor is they have stopped manufacturing them to develop a newer technology…i.e. sell all new stuff to everyone because the new ones won’t work with the old. 🤦🏼‍♂️

No, these are marking cartridges used in force on force training. Basically they’re paintballs.
 
They hurt way worse than paintballs, especially the .223 ones.
Got hit in the neck doing F-on-F training with Will Petty.
I swear to Budda I thought the guy had accidentally loaded live 5.56 ammo for about 3 seconds.
 
Does it hurt more than a BB gun that's powerful enough you have to dig the BB out?
