Recently moved here from California. Still have CA plates. Wife goes to Target and comes out to her car heavily keyed. She wasn’t parked crooked, did not cut anyone off. Hell she had our children with her. Only thing I could come up with is , someone doesn’t like Californians. I know it’s a stretch , but I do work in sales. I cannot even count how many people go “ Oh your from California “ and not in a good way. In today’s political environment we are heavily polarized . I just wanted to state the fact that many from California and other states are coming here to escape liberalism! I personally think the Democratic Party is a disease on freedom.

I can understand how many can see the new people that are coming here are trying to change this state blue. Please remember many of us are coming to keep it red. I moved here to have a voice.

Anyways I know my thought could be a stretch, but felt that in my many interactions with others in this state, I want to remind people not all of us are bad!

I’m hoping the Police get video, we did file a report. Good news is my family was only financially impacted but not injured by whom ever the coward is that chose to do this.

Sorry some idiot keyed you but you have to remember that the progressives have divided this country deeply and I doubt it'll ever be civil again.
 
Yea, and because I'm from Arizona I've been flipped off, cut off, run off, harassed by police, been called redneck trash and had someone spit at me, all while I was in Cali, so 'Welcome to California', too.
 
Not saying you are a bad guy but get rid of those plates and for Gods sake don't tell anyone where you are from. Burn your California team clothes. Already had the 29 palms douchefag here and he no longer posts here. Some of us defended the guy and he stabbed people in the back. It will be a uphill battle here or in Texas as we are watching our way of life dwindle with every Commiefornia turd that moves here. The sooner you wash the California filth off the better off you will be. Nobody wants to hear about that shithole other than if it fell unto the ocean with all the people.
 
Resident Definition

State law requires that you obtain an Arizona vehicle registration and driver license, immediately if any of the following apply:

You work in Arizona (other than for seasonal agricultural work).
You are registered to vote in Arizona.
You place children in school without paying the tuition rate of a nonresident.
You have a business with an office in Arizona that bases and operates vehicles in this state.
You obtain a state license or pay school tuition fees at the same rate as an Arizona resident.
You have a business that operates vehicles to transport goods or passengers within Arizona.
You remain in Arizona for a total of seven months or more during any calendar year, regardless of your permanent residence.

Out-of-state students enrolled with seven or more semester hours, are not considered Arizona residents, regardless of employment.

Active duty military personnel based in Arizona who qualify for exemption under the Service Members Civil Relief Act of 2003 are not considered Arizona residents.

For real fun, you should've come back from overseas to Travis Air Force Base in the late 1960s in your uniform. All kinds of people who wanted to spit on you, beat you to death, call you a baby killer.

And for the OP, you're already in violation of the law by having a job and not having Arizona plates. Get them ASAP.

He has a special way of welcoming people from California.
 
Welcome SORRY that it happened to someone who is Pro 2a. But like others said get RID of the the plates. I had a guy come to clean my rugs and he had californication plates, I asked him how long he has lived here, he said a year and was waiting for his plates to expire. I explained to him my views and directed him to the DMV. No he didn't clean my carpets. Also my wife moved here from there and had an AZ plate within a week.
 
Not to fret, just about 99% of the posters here are neophytes, very few natives around, and each neophyte brought some change to Arizona, whether they realize it or not, hope you don't bring the komi kali attitude, we have enough already

Thank you for the good advice. Just saddens me how Chicken sh@t some people can be. To let ones anger control them. I maybe from Cali but I at least respect others property and don’t mess with women! If that is AZ, I’m truly saddened. I’ll still keep voting pro Constitution!

Thank you for quoting the law, made everything so much better! If only money grew on trees, but hey the vandal I’m sure didn’t follow the law either. Maybe you can quote that section also.
 
Good for AZ.

I was at a picnic where another Californian was lamenting that they had a bottle thrown at their head in Prescott Valley, and I told him the same thing.

If Arizonans were less hospitable and welcoming of all the Californian waste, it might not be purple, or go blue in the next 8 years.
