For the usual reason, the Washington's Birthday Rifle Match has been rescheduled from its normal (since 1893) February weekend to October!

The 2-day event will be held at the High Power Range at Ben Avery Shooting Facility on 16-17-October!
Saturday is a beginnner's clinic with morning classroom and afternoon coached practice shooting on the range! This is a GREAT way to learn the sport of NRA/CMP high power rifle competition!
Sunday is the all-day team match! 4 shooters, 50-shots each with a lunch break, raffles, awards etc!
This is the longest running annual rifle match in the US!
This is both the most beginner-friendly and most prestigeous service rifle match in Arizona each year! expect between 100 and 200 shooters!
Since it is a team match, coaching and sharing equipment is permitted!
find 3 friends and sign up! or sign up alone and get squadded with other shooters as a pick-up team!
Any military, military style or military surplus rifle (AR-15 to Arisaka!) (8mm max, no tracer/incendiary). A few rental rifles + ammo available.
