Using C&R out of state

If I'm out of state and see a c&r gun I like in the case, do I have to pay sales tax?

interesting question, i can say if i purchased from a biz, i did pay sales tax if requested., if from indiv. then no.

Two different issues. One is a firearms license, and one is a state tax business transaction license.
