Rep. Andrew Clyde has introduced a bold amendment to begin to REPEAL the NFA as part of President Trump’s One Big, Beautiful Bill.
If passed, this amendment would eliminate the $200 tax stamp and registration requirements on suppressors and short-barreled firearms and tear down one of the most abusive laws ever imposed on law-abiding gun owners.
But here’s the catch: The anti-gunners in both parties are scrambling to pass the Big Beautiful Bill without this amendment in the final bill.
We can’t let them win.
Call (202) 225-3121 right now to be connected to your representative. Demand they do everything in their power to support Rep. Andrew Clyde’s amendment to repeal the NFA’s tax and registration requirements on suppressors and short-barreled firearms, and make sure it’s included in the final version of the bill. Next, H.R. 1 needs to be sent back to the Senate to overrule or fire the Parliamentarian—not to the President’s desk.
