Yep, if they play by the rules and act nicely, they get all the benefits. If not, and they get stupid, they lose it all, forever. Citizens would be off the hook for not only their defense at trial, but any punitive damages awarded.

Can't watch the video (at work) - but the tone of the article leaves me suspicious of the neutrality of the "reporting." Make a "furtive gesture" while a cop is holding a gun on you and they are going to shoot you. No clue if this was justified or not - but based on the clear bias in the article I can say the reporting is garbage.
