In case anyone hasn't heard UN Ammo is no more. Howie closed the doors a few weeks ago. While no exact reason was given, I'm sure the current ammo situation, along with all the Covid crap played a big part. He always had really good deals on .50 BMG ammo, along with a lot of other unique stuff.

I haven't been to his store in a while, since we moved to Lake Havasu a little over a year ago. But I always enjoyed going there when we were living in Glendale. Yet another gun related business that has gone away. Sad.

I meant to post a while back this but got sidetracked -

Shortly before UNAMMO closed I ordered a mag loader from them, about $12.

The store ended up closing before my credit card statement showed up. My wife wanted to know what the hell $120 from UNAMMo was... (I'm like damn, busted again) But I didnt recall buying anything like that. Checked the invoice, it was accidentally fat fingered.

I contacted Howie, explained what must have happened. In that he was closed I figured there wasnt a lot to do, but I sent him and email... maybe I could get a couple smoke bombs or something...

Damn if he didnt just cut me a check for the full amount... Damn nice guy with standards. Thank you Howie and team for all you've done, sorry to see you go, wish you the best!

Top shelf man!!!

Does anyone know if Howie will go back to selling ammo directly without a storefront like he used to? His pricing was always the best around. Still have crates of the commie 5.45 as well.

Before the website went dark, it mentioned something about selling certain products by the pallet at a later date. But nothing definite saying when or where. And no numbers were given.
