I just got this obscure gun from the 90s era and got a rail mount for it too, it is a fixed barrel with direct impingement gas and bolt instead of conventional blow back. upon mounting the rail, it seem the bolt is locked in place indicating Screws were too long, I used 1/4”. do you know the correct size the rail? TIA gents

This is getting incredibly specific, so I'm not sure if anyone on the forum would have that specific knowledge about screw length.

I'm not familiar with that specific firearm, but I would disassemble it to see how far the screws are poking through to use as a reference for purchasing the correct length. Hopefully dissembling is as easy as taking the slide off.

You could just buy the next shorter increment of the screw, but you may run the risk of using a screw short enough to not impede the bolt, but long enough to cause minor interference and potential catastrophic wear.
 
Now there's one Ian at Forgotten Weapons might want to do a video on. I've never seen or heard of this thing.
 
Thank you for your insight, this gun is super complex so I’m contacting a few people on Ebay to see if they can source an owner manual or something.
